Make Personal Growth your New Year’s Resolution

Do you have the best intentions but struggle to follow through? Find yourself stuck, procrastinating, or using avoidance? Executive functioning (EF) does not only apply to students or school – EFs are the real reason for many of our challenges and successes in life.

We all have things we’d like to see change. It’s time we really figure out how; and we have been helping people do that for more than 2 decades.

Over the years, we at Solutions for Student Success have noticed time and time again that on-going support can make the journey seem less like work, add a component of fun, and help the student feel less alone. This in turn improves compliance, leading to fewer periods of regression, considerably shortening the journey and raising the rates of success. Wouldn’t it be helpful to be held accountable?

With our 15 years of experience working specifically on helping individuals develop solid executive functioning skills necessary for successfully managing all aspects of life, we plan to share insights, resources, ideas and structures/strategies to help members take action, strengthen all areas of executive functioning and feel empowered to make changes and grow in ways that will decrease stress, improve productivity and confidence – and simply to help get more done.

A group to reach out to for feedback, answers, strategies, when you are stuck, or just need a reminder that we’re all in this together. Whether you are joining us for personal growth, as a parent, as a professional, or as a student looking for help with accountability and follow through – plus pinpointing and developing skills – this group is for you.

Also, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram. We will be frequently posting videos and interviews with practical and easy to implement ideas and strategies, so be sure to visit often!
